- 1975.12.31 Introduction of the Specialized Construction Business Licensing System (Act No. 2851)
- 1977.01.29 Establishment of the National Council of Specialized Members of the Korea Construction Association, with Seok Kyung-deok inaugurated as the 1st Chairman.
- 1978.07.23 Seok Kyung-deok Inaugurated as the 2nd Chairman of the National Council of Specialized Members of the Korea Construction Association.
- 1980.12.04 Seo Jun-mo inaugurated as the 3rd Chairman of the National Council of Specialized Members of the Korea Construction Association.

- 1992.06.18 Change in the number of the Korea Professional Construction Bulletin (Korea Professional Construction Bulletin → Korea Specialized Construction Newspaper)
- 1994.10.15 Kim Ki-sam, the 4th Chairman of the Korea Professional Construction Association, was inaugurated
- 1997.07.01 Enforcement of the association's voluntary subscription system and incorporation of special licenses into the professional construction business (Act No. 5230)
